Bruce Boylston is the founding partner of Boylston Hoffman, LLC. His focus is in the area of taxation and management advisory services across a broad spectrum of industries including construction, wholesale, investments, retail and professional services. Bruce graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, and earned his CPA designation in 1983.
Bruce is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Drexel University, School of Engineering and the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Policy and Practice and serves as an advisor to the Lipman Prize and the Beacon Award which are administered by the Wharton School.
Bruce has worked in public accounting since 1979 and academics since 2008. This background affords a unique set of skills that assist him in the services he provides the firm’s client.

Nicholas G. Hoffman, CPA

Nicholas Hoffman joined the firm in 2010. His experience includes accounting and financial statement preparation, corporate and individual tax services and payroll tax services. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries including veterinary services, investment and financial services, manufacturing, architectural and engineering. Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked for the Chester County Community Foundation. He graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting, and earned his CPA designation in 2011.
In addition to his experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Nick is on the Chester County Community Foundation finance committee and is a board member of Brandywine Valley Active Aging.

Morgan joined the firm in 2015. Her experience includes accounting, tax preparation and tax planning for estates and trusts as well as individual, corporate and partnership tax services and financial statement preparation. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries including legal, medical, construction, investment and financial services.
In addition to her experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Morgan serves as an advisor to the Lipman Prize Fellows that is administered by the Wharton School.

Jo joined the firm in 2018. Her experience includes accounting, tax preparation and tax planning for estates and trusts as well as corporate and partnership tax services for clients in a variety of industries including real estate, medical, architecture & engineering and not for profit. She previously worked for PWC providing audit services, tax services, and financial statement preparation for both publicly-traded and privately-held clients in the financial services and insurance industries.
In addition to her experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Jo is a veteran having served in the United States Marine Corps for four years.

Meg joined the firm in 2015. She works as a firm administrator assembling and processing tax returns. Prior to joining the firm, Meg worked as the fulfillment director for a computer training facility. She also worked for Arlington Parks & Recreation as an assistant director of the organization’s art camp, and was previously an exhibition designer for SCAD.
